Take a look inside
in the world of Nightly

Because I was given the opportunity to develop in different areas, I can now be deployed widely.

Marianne's world

During the second year of my HBO accounting course, I decided in 2007 to combine my education with working at Nagtzaam. This quickly turned out to be a good choice. I was able to immediately put the theory I had learned into practice. I also learned a lot from my close colleagues who could teach me all the ins and outs of the profession.

I am now an Assistant Accountant, a position that suits me very well. Because I was given the opportunity to develop in different areas, I can now be deployed widely. As a result, no day is the same and I find sufficient challenge in my work.

I have also become a mother and work 3 days a week. It's nice that I can combine motherhood with my work in this way. The great colleagues and the informal working atmosphere ensure that I have enjoyed working at Nagtzaam for several years.

As an internship supervisor, I pay a lot of attention to the fiscal aspect of the courses. I want to teach students how to put theory from school into practice, and I am happy to guide them in this.

THE SIX SENSES of Nightly

Under the name Nagtzaam Network The Six Senses, we organize meetings in atmospheres that stimulate all your senses and inspire your creative mind. We offer our relations the opportunity to meet fellow SMEs and expand their network in a very friendly manner.

The next step is that Tim will sign annual accounts this year under supervision as a signing accountant.

Tim's world

In 2015, Tim started as a 'youngster' at our organization as a Junior Assistant Accountant. Tim has undergone great development and has now grown into the position of Accountant and Assignment Manager. We are proud that he is continuing his career with us. His development continues and his ambitions reach further.

The next step is that Tim will sign annual accounts this year under supervision as a signing accountant. The first signature is now a fact. It creates a beautiful picture, which we are very proud of. Congratulations Tim!

There is a lot of attention for personal development and growth, but also for me as an individual.

The world of Madelene

I started at Nagtzaam in 2009 as an HRM consultant. In 2012, I switched to the management discipline within the organization and I work as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager.

What makes working at Nagtzaam fun for me is the variety and the challenge. No day is the same and in my position you are involved in all disciplines within our office. I have many internal and external contacts and the entire team ensures that the job is done every day. There is a lot of attention for personal development and growth, but also for me as an individual.

In addition to work, there is also time for relaxation and there is an informal atmosphere. I always look forward to the fun drinks and activities. I'm happy to be part of the Nagtzaam family!

In the years that Nagtzaam has been involved with Flexspecialisten, it has contributed in various areas. Organizational advice, business economics advice, tax services and handling legal issues. You can rightly call them 'the sixth sense' of our company. Better to act in advance than to repair afterwards is something that characterizes Nagtzaam's working method.

Tom Sijpestijn, General Manager Flex Specialists

For me, a big plus of working for Nagtzaam is that we work together as one team for the customer.

Ruud's world Senior Tax Specialist

What appeals to me about Nagtzaam is the freedom and opportunities you get within the organization. As a result, I have enjoyed working there for over 20 years.

Paul van der Linden, Senior SME controller

After successfully completing my internship period, I have now started working full-time

The world of Seref

In 2021 I did an internship at Nagtzaam within the SME controlling discipline. In June 2022, I successfully defended and completed my internship period and started working full-time. I am currently studying Accountancy AD HBO at Avans in Den Bosch. In my spare time I pay attention to my family. My hobbies are traveling and playing football.

What I really liked about my internship at Nagtzaam is that I was given a lot of responsibility and was involved in various processes; from keeping records to preparing and submitting annual accounts and tax returns.

What I enjoy most is working with catering customers. Posting purchase invoices with different VAT values and cost centers makes the work very dynamic. You have to figure out and check a lot.

What I have learned a lot from is the collaboration with my colleagues. We work a lot in teams, so I learn from everyone around me, not just from my supervisor. I also learned how to justify my hours and budget them in advance.

The experiences I have had here are valuable for my career. I can now proudly announce that I have been offered a permanent contract from June 1, 2022!!

Nice weekend

We went away for a weekend with all our colleagues. Finally a moment to be together, enjoy and celebrate our successes with each other. And we certainly enjoyed it! What a nice weekend it was. Being there is experiencing it, join our team!
